What days and times can I drop off my item?
We accept drop-offs Monday through Friday, between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. Five appointment slots are available each day at 8:00, 8:15, 8:30, 8:45 and 9:00 AM.
When can I pick up my item?
Same-day pickup, typically by 5:00 PM or before if ready. We'll send you a text when your item is ready. If we can't complete it the same day, we'll contact you to coordinate next-day pickup. Maximum hold time is 48 hours.
What products do you use? Are they safe for kids?
Yes — we use non-toxic, child-safe cleaning products throughout the entire process, including trusted natural brands like Dr. Bronner's for general cleaning. No harsh chemicals, no strong fragrances. Safe for infants, toddlers, and children with sensitive skin. If your child has specific allergies or sensitivities, let us know at drop-off and we'll adjust accordingly.
Can I bring multiple items in one booking?
One item per booking. If you need multiple items cleaned (e.g., two car seats, or a seat + stroller), please book a separate slot for each. This helps us deliver the same-day turnaround we promise.
What if my item has heavy soiling, vomit, or other biohazards?
Items with severe soiling or biohazardous material may incur an additional cleaning fee. We'll inspect your item at drop-off and disclose any additional fees before starting work, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer 10% off for law enforcement, active military, and medical field employees; 15% off for senior citizens (65+) and military veterans; and 10% off for educators and students. Valid ID required at drop-off.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled 24 or more hours before your scheduled drop-off. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no extra cost.
