
DEPOSIT POLICY
In order to minimize Last-Minute No-Shows, Cancellations, Reschedules, or Invalid Appointments which can disrupt efficient scheduling, we require a deposit for the following services at the time of booking:

DETAILING SERVICES: $50 Deposit. This amount will be deducted from the final total upon service completion

CERAMIC COATINGS: $75 Deposit. This amount will be deducted from the final total upon service completion

PAINT CORRECTION: $75 Deposit. This amount will be deducted from the final total upon service completion

EXTERIOR POLISH: $75 Deposit. This amount will be deducted from the final total upon service completion
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours advance to retain the deposit.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Once you book an appointment with us, it means we have reserved dedicated time in our schedule for you.

PAYMENTS
Full Payment must be made upon completion of performed service(s).
We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and Zelle.
Upon request, we can furnish an invoice. However, we provide receipt after payment. All transactions are deemed final.
When booking a service appointment, required deposit amount for selected service is collected online when scheduling. The remainder of payment will be collected upon pick up of vehicle(s).
SERVICE COMPLETION
The time required for our services varies based on the selected package, vehicle size, and current condition. As a general guideline, detailing can take anywhere from 2 to 6+ hours. Heavily soiled, neglected, or oversized vehicles—such as full-sized SUVs, vans with three rows of seating, or trucks—may require additional time beyond the estimated duration.
Ceramic Coating and Paint Correction services typically require significantly more time than standard detailing services due to the precision and care involved in achieving optimal results. For these specialized services, we may need your vehicle for an extended period, possibly overnight or longer, depending on the scope of work.
At Premium MN Auto Detail, we prioritize quality over speed to ensure exceptional results. Please note:

Requests to rush or expedite services may lead to appointment rescheduling or cancellation, and a new deposit may be required.

We recommend planning your schedule accordingly and allowing for potential delays, particularly for Ceramic Coating, Paint Correction, or extensive detailing services.
If you anticipate time constraints, please notify us and consider rescheduling your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
STAIN & DEFECTS
Please note that not all stains or defects can be fully removed, as their removability depends on factors such as severity and duration. However, we always strive to achieve the highest level of restoration possible within the limitations, ensuring customer satisfaction with the final results.

Premium MN Auto Detail provides professional car detailing services, including but not limited to Full Detail Service, Interior Detail, Exterior Polish, Ceramic Coatings, Paint Corrections, Engine Wash, Express Car Wash, and Headlights Polish. The scope of each service is defined on our website or communicated at the time of booking.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Vehicle Condition: Customers must disclose the condition of their vehicles. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if additional work is required due to unforeseen conditions.
Personal Items: Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicles. We are not liable for items left behind.
4. Liability
While we take utmost care during service, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to vehicles.

Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our services.

Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos and service descriptions, is the intellectual property of Premium MN Auto Detail and may not be used without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including inappropriate behavior or unsafe vehicle conditions.
