You will be notified when your vehicle(s) is ready for pick-up via text or call.
PICK UP
Final payment will be collected upon pick-up. Cash and card accepted. Card on file that paid deposit could also be used to finalize payment.

To ensure the highest quality of service, vehicles with heavily soiled interiors may be subject to an additional charge of $75. This includes:

Excessive Dirt or Stains on Seats: As seen in the example image , vehicles with significantly stained or dirty seats may incur an additional cleaning fee.

Pet Hair or Similar Conditions: Interiors with excessive pet hair, fur, or related debris that require extensive cleaning will also be subject to the same additional charge.

Fee Disclosure: Upon drop off of vehicle, customer will be notified in advance if they are subject to the additional fee.

At Premium MN Auto Detail, we’re committed to delivering exceptional results, but we believe in setting clear expectations. While some stains may be stubborn, our team will exhaust every possible method to bring your vehicle's interior back to its pristine state.
To ensure a smooth detail process for both sides, please remove any delicate items or items that you do not want moved. If you have any additional requests regarding your detail service, please inform us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
